Char deleted?

I logged in today and my char was gone... i made a new one and suddenly i have all my pre-order items also.. wtf happend?

dude i would call them! shoti had a problem with his character too and he has to call them too. its not right! but I wouldnt worry that he is lost. i know for a fact if you call them that they will make it right for you. I wish i had their phone number i would post it in here for you.

well i found out, steam fucked up with serials, i have my preorder key on a different accound then my digital retail copy, i already mailed them to combine the accounts, no reply yet
